ABOUT Monthly Summer NIGHT MARKET & Street Fairs:

We’ve successfully hosted THREE monthly summer “NIGHT MARKET & Street Fair” events in 2021. Moving on to the summer of 2022, we’re looking to open up to community sponsors and partners for SIX monthly night markets from May through October.

Our monthly “NIGHT MARKET & Street Fair” takes place during ArtWalk (every 2nd Friday) in downtown Coeur d’Alene. All events are family-friendly, walkable and immersive-art events. The location is set for 3rd Street in the CDA Bike Co & Post Ride Bar parking lot. This block is of prime real-estate (physically and visibly) for people walking downtown, guests attending ArtWalk, those staying at the Coeur d’Alene resort, employees getting off work, and locals heading out for Friday-night festivities.

2022 CDA NIGHT MARKET DATES:

  • Friday, May 13th – 3:00pm-10:00pm
  • Friday, June 10th – 3:00pm-10:00pm
  • Friday, July 8th – 3:00pm-10:00pm
  • Friday, August 12th – 3:00pm-10:00pm
  • Friday, September 9th – 3:00pm-10:00pm
  • Friday, October 14th – 3:00pm-10:00pm

Things to Do in Coeur d’Alene Idaho:

This event is FREE to the public and will consist of local artisans, vintage sellers, health/wellness products, food vendors, drink & beverage sellers, and creative services.

The market is a great place to shop, sip, enjoy music, and socialize, no matter the weather outside!

You have the chance to get involved in a community of artists, entrepreneurs, breweries, wineries, musicians all while supporting local charities!

SPONSORSHIPS & PARTNERS:

Your business is a hub for local businesses, artists, educational resources, and community events, so we’d love to include you as an event-sponsor. Our events will benefit your business as your consumers are exactly the type of people that have been attending our monthly events. Attendees are learners, teachers, travelers, doers, thinkers and seekers—the customers you’ve been catering to.

This unique “NIGHT MARKET & Street Fair” event brings together many local artisans, makers, music and talent for an all-inclusive event. Each event has been booked to capacity with twenty-six artisanal vendors, three bands, and budding local breweries. The most recent “NIGHT MARKET & Street Fair” events have brought in over 1,500 attendees. As a sponsor, you can get your business in front of the eyes of new customers, support the arts and culture scene of Coeur d’Alene, and write off contributions as a marketing expense for tax deductions.

With the generous contributions from our sponsors, we will use the funding to book local bands and musicians, pay live-performance artists, and rent stage and lighting equipment.

CHARITIES & DONATIONS:

Often, we will host a clothing drive that goes toward helping local children and families. Please keep an eyer out for dates and bring your clean well-kept items to donate upon arrival.

At some markets, we will have a food-donation drive that will also support local families who are hungry and in need during these times. Please bring non-perishable food items to donate during these markets.

Sometimes, we forget that even people in OUR COMMUNITY are hungry and in need of clothing!

CDA Summer NIGHT MARKET Series Vendor FEES & POLICIES:

*All vendors will need to pay $150.00 for a 10×10 booth space. You may share a booth space for this same price.

*You will be required to pre-pay ASAP. Vendors are selected, and must pay promptly, or your spot will be given away. We have a wait-list of vendors and can’t wait too long on a payment, so slots are filled on a “first-to-pay” basis.

*We don’t give out refunds for any reason, as we have bills/talent/permits to pay. Events happen rain or SHINE: the show MUST go on!

*Food and alcohol vendors will need to provide proof of insurance and add our event organizers to their insurance policy for the dates of the event.

*Vendors and bands will be required to sign event waivers and contracts. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods.
