The Wavy Bunch—a community of designers and dreamers that wish to promote self-love, play, emotional health, and positivity through amusing and artistic outlets. We want to enhance the warm, welcoming atmosphere of musical events and festivals by setting up an insanely exciting activity-tent—The Fun Tent. At The Fun Tent, we will host ongoing art projects and active games to get everyone sharing in the creation of laughter, good vibes and creativity.

The Goal

With The Fun Tent, The Wavy Bunch is inspired to provide a unique and amusing experience for campers attending the music festival. We wish to set up a traveling “fun-tent” filled with amazing activities to provide guests with an unforgettable experience before and after festivals. The size of our team is dependent on the scale of the festival and is comprised of fun-loving individuals that will assist in running all the activities we offer. Groovy music will always be playing and our space will act as a creative oasis where guests can get goofy, craft, and feel like kids again.

The Solution

Festivalgoers, can expect to have crazy amounts of fun with us. The plan for The Fun Tent is to provide an entertaining, safe space, for people to play or “chill-out” during festivals. This will be amazing to lure people from their campsites and get them doing fun activities, meeting new people, and keep them from getting too inebriated. We provide an array of games and fun activities for people to partake in.

Pricing Structure

Prices vary based on the scale of your production. Based on your specific needs, our services and creative spaces will be filled with unforgettable experiences for your guests to partake in. To work with us on your next event, please get in touch! We can’t wait to be a part of your party-planning! 

Depending on the scale of your event, we may need to arrive the day prior to your event or festival. Our crew will clean up the night of completion, or the morning after, making sure we leave the space as clean, if not cleaner than we found it.

Time and Space

To provide The Fun Tent experience, your party will need a communal space where The Wavy Bunch can set up our crafts, games and activities. Since we have many amazing events occurring, the bigger the space allowance, the better. It’s preferred that the space be located in a central, flat, open, and grassy area for the most fun to be had.

Production team

Booths and activities will be managed and overseen by Alena Horowitz, the founder and inspiration behind The Wavy Bunch and subsidiary, The Fun Tent. She will manage all supply purchasing, hiring of staff members, equipment rentals, and travel. All staff members are legal and eligible to work within the United States.

The Follow Up

We will provide a suggestions box within the tent so that festivalgoers can write anonymous tips, recommendations, and reviews regarding how we can grow into an even more pleasing event/entertainment host in the years to come. By following up with guests that leave their information in our “guest-book,” we can gain valuable suggestions about other activities and ways to improve our services.

Giving Back

After the festival, we will keep and transport all remaining items and supply, to local schools and children’s homes. Art and school supplies are expensive and much needed within communities to support schools and children in need of art therapy, creativity, and play.

We are open to negotiations and would love to modify what we offer in order to better fit your needs and budget.
