WELCOME to the first annual HALLOWEEKEND VENDOR FEST in the Northwest!
We’re brewing up an awesome (covid-safe) indoor event to bring the community together through this eclectic faire, musical event, artisanal exposition, and charitable partnership.
COSTUMES WELCOMED & ENCOURAGED
This event is FREE to the public and will consist of local artisans, vintage sellers, health/wellness products, food vendors, drink & beverage sellers, and creative services.
The market will be indoors, so it is a great place to shop, sip, enjoy the music & socialize, no matter the weather outside!
Friday, October 30th from 11am-7pm
Saturday (Halloween) October 31st, from 11am-7pm
Sunday, November 1st, from 11am-6pm
CHARITIES & DONATIONS:
A clothing drive for local children and families, so please bring your clean well-kept items to donate upon arrival.
A food-donation drive will also support local families who are hungry and in need during these times. Please bring non-perishable food items to donate in our collections box.
Sometimes, we forget that even people in OUR COMMUNITY are hungry and in need of clothing!

FEES & POLICIES:
*All vendors $100 set price for the 3-day weekend, or $50 per day you attend. You will be required to pre-pay prior to the event.
*Food and alcohol vendors will need to provide proof of insurance and add our event organizers to your insurance policy for the dates of the event.
*Vendors/sponsors/bands will be required to sign event waivers. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods.
