ABOUT the NIGHT MARKET

THE WAVY BUNCH™ monthly “NIGHT MARKET & Street Fair” takes place during ArtWalk every 2nd Friday from May-October in downtown Coeur d’Alene. The NIGHT MARKET is a family-friendly walkable art exhibit & immersive art experience that’s always booked to capacity with performers, bands and 33+ unique vendors. We welcome 1500+ attendees to each month’s THEMED midtown pop-up festival—AKA: The Party Market!

NIGHT MARKET VIBE

All events are different themes—mystical, magical… with a slight hint of SPOOKINESS! The vibes of the NIGHT MARKET are hard to describe—we’ve created a barter-faire, music festival, creative village and immersive arts experience ALL in ONE! The energy, love, life, arts, vendors, collaborations, and attendees make the NIGHT MARKET the place to BE. We love this community we’re building, thank YOU for being part of our “village.”

VENDOR VILLAGE

Enter a whole new world of eclectic, interesting, rare, bizarre & unique vendors. What will you spy at the NIGHT MARKET & Street Fair? Our ever-changing collective of vendors display crystals, custom clothing, vintage, apothecary, intuitive readings, energy healing, esoteric art, tinctures, lucky charms, magical elements, handmade treasures & mysterious things.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

What’s better than listening to music & shopping? Sipping from cocktail bars and craft breweries all over the market-grounds. Hot food trucks, snacks, sweet-tooth options, coffee, fresh-pressed juices and alcoholic beverages vary from market to market. Coeur d’Alene’s NIGHT MARKET is the place to shop, sip, enjoy music, eat & socialize, no matter the weather outside!

GET INVOLVED IN THE NIGHT MARKET & STREET FAIR

General Vendor Information:

  1. Price per 10’X10′ vendor booth space (per event) with random booth assignment – $150.00. This does NOT include electricity except for selected FOOD vendors.
  2. Note: This application is not a contract and does not guarantee a space at the upcoming 2023 monthly summer NIGHT MARKET & Street Fair.
  3. Note: Once accepted, your payment will be collected prior to each event. Vendor slots are filled on a “first-to-pay basis” maxing out at 33 vendors.
  4. Note: All vendors will need to agree with the rules & regulations to which they must adhere at each NIGHT MARKET event.

    **We are currently not offering on-site vending spaces for corporate sponsors as we want to keep the NIGHT MARKET as an “artisanal artistic experience.” If you’re interested in becoming a CORPORATE SPONSOR, with many other perks & benefits, please see our SPONSORSHIP document and application form HERE

NIGHT MARKET Band & Musician Application

General Musician Information:
We’re excited to give you a listen! This application is not a contract and does not guarantee a space to play at the upcoming 2023 monthly summer NIGHT MARKET & Street Fair. Bands must be able to fill a 2-hour timeslot. Original music is preferred. All bands must provide their own SOUND-EQUIPMENT to set themselves up to play. This includes: extension cords, outlet strips, PA system, amps, speakers, mics, & everything in between. You MUST provide EVERYTHING you need to play. Once accepted, we will reach out to you and payment will be discussed. Payment discussed is for the FULL band for a FULL 2 hours. A percentage of the agreed-upon payment will be deducted if a band member can’t make it, or if the band doesn’t fill the full 2-hour timeslot. All bands will need to sign an agreement contract with the rules & regulations to which they must adhere at the NIGHT MARKET event they play.

  • SPONSOR the NIGHT MARKET

    THE WAVY BUNCH™ is now open to new community sponsors & partners. Our location is prime real-estate (physically & visibly) for dense neighborhoods, downtown traffic, ArtWalk, resort guests, local employees, and nearby Friday-night festivities. Publicity will greatly benefit your business, put you in front of 1500+ new eyes monthly, allow you to support Coeur d’Alene’s arts & culture scene and is a TAX write-off.

    With generous contributions from our donors, we use the funding to book local bands & musicians, pay live-performance artists, and rent stage and lighting equipment. Your involvement is greatly appreciated and will support the production of future events and entertainment in the Coeur d’Alene and Spokane areas.
